Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and execute complex lifting and rigging operations.
• Inspect, select, and verify the suitability of rigging equipment and lifting gear.
• Ensure all lifting activities comply with approved safety standards and project procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments prior to lifting operations and implement corrective measures when required.
• Guide crane operators and lifting teams through clear, precise communication.
• Monitor load balance, secure materials properly, and maintain safe working conditions at all times.
• Maintain accurate documentation and report any equipment defects or safety concerns.

Required Skills & Experience

• Valid and proven experience as a Rigger Level III.
• Original TUV Certification is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of rigging techniques, lifting plans, and safety protocols.
• Physically fit and capable of working in demanding industrial environments.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills for coordination with lifting teams.
• Must possess an original body fitness certificate.
• Eligible nationalities: Bangladeshi, Indian, Nepali (as per company requirements).
