About the Role
We are seeking two experienced Civil Supervisors to join a long‑term villa construction project in Dammam. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in residential finishing works who can confidently manage on‑site activities, coordinate teams, and ensure high‑quality execution. You will play a key role in maintaining project progress, supervising daily operations, and ensuring all work meets approved standards and specifications.
As a Civil Supervisor, you will oversee the finishing phase of villa construction, ensuring smooth workflow, proper coordination, and adherence to quality and safety standards. Your presence on-site will be essential in guiding workers, resolving issues, and keeping the project on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all finishing works including plastering, tiling, painting, ceilings, flooring, and related activities
- Monitor daily site operations and ensure work progresses according to the project plan
- Coordinate effectively with workers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Verify that all work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain workmanship quality
- Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly and efficiently
- Ensure proper use of materials and prevent unnecessary wastage
- Enforce safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment
- Prepare and submit daily progress reports to the management team
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor or Site Supervisor, preferably on villa or residential construction projects
- Strong knowledge of finishing works and site supervision practices
- Ability to manage labor teams and coordinate multiple site activities
- Basic understanding of construction drawings and technical details
- Good communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
- Valid Iqama (transferable)
- Active medical insurance is mandatory
