About the Role
A highly organized and proactive professional responsible for managing the full spectrum of operations within the CEO’s Office. This role ensures seamless coordination of executive activities, strategic follow-up with internal and external stakeholders, and high-quality preparation of reports, communications, and decision-support materials. The position requires exceptional communication skills, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while supporting the CEO in driving organizational priorities.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and organize all daily operations of the CEO’s Office.
- Arrange and coordinate the CEO’s schedule, appointments, meetings, and official visits, with continuous follow-up.
- Prepare meetings in advance, including agendas, minutes, and documentation of decisions.
- Follow up on directives and assignments issued by the CEO with relevant departments.
- Receive, screen, and prioritize official correspondence and calls.
- Maintain and archive documents and records with strict confidentiality in accordance with approved policies.
- Prepare executive reports, presentations, memos, and official letters.
- Summarize and analyze incoming reports and provide appropriate recommendations to the CEO.
- Coordinate and maintain continuous communication with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Represent the CEO’s Office in corporate communication when required.
- Monitor strategic initiatives and topics, ensuring adherence to timelines.
- Support the implementation of approved policies, procedures, governance, and compliance requirements.

- Strong ability to follow up on tasks with stakeholders and provide periodic progress reports.
- High proficiency in preparing executive reports and meeting minutes and ensuring follow-up.
- Ability to analyze data-driven information and formulate recommendations.
- Strong capability in managing professional relationships between the CEO and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using advanced decision-support technologies (Power BI, AI tools, etc.).
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or an equivalent field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive office management or direct work with senior leadership.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
